Marcus founded NeoMetrics in September 2016 in Perth. He had one simple goal then: stop speaking jargon that no one in business understands. Through 19 years of working in consulting, he saw hundreds of documents that had 50 pages but brought no content. He decided to change that. We have clear rules of the game and concrete numbers, not guesses. Marcus personally oversees every major project because he believes trust is built on a face, not a company logo.

In 2024, Marcus helped 143 local firms from Perth and surroundings navigate through difficult changes in Fair Work regulations. Instead of writing long reports, he sits down with owners over coffee and draws a plan on a board. He believes law should serve people, not just lawyers. His approach allowed our clients to shorten labor dispute resolution time by an average of 3.4 business days. Before founding his own business, Marcus worked as a senior consultant in one of the large firms on St Georges Terrace. He left because he missed the human approach.
